Fashion is guided by impulse, don’t believe me? Think of all the impulse buying that you’ve been engaged in from the minute you discovered money, then think of all the times you’ve either entered a shop with a friend with the intention of simply window shopping but then your eyes caught something and then you suddenly find yourself paying for that gorgeous blouse all because you could pass it off. Now that’s a typical example of buying on a whim, now do you agree with me? Yes am sure you do.

For the month of July we are encouraging you to be a bit whimsical and its all for a good reason. I went home recently and took a look at my Ankara collections, I realized suddenly that many of the Ankara styles were old and I wouldn’t want to be seen in many of them. A lot of us do not realize the importance of staying up to date whether its casual/office trends or Ankara styles, yes there are some pieces that are vintage and there are others that should have been sent to a children’s home or shelter ages ago, that’s why its important to clear out your wardrobe every 6 months.

I figured there are a number of people like me, that still have out-dated Ankara pieces somewhere in their wardrobe, this made me think, since am going to be doing a lot of impulse buying and sewing then I can share some of the Ankara styles am interested in with you all. Am sure you would appreciate my collection.
