Crushing on women is what we do every Wednesday and its not just for the sake of it, rather its to serve as an inspiration to other women. Women need to understand the need to remain confident even when you are among other women, Taraji P Henson (Cookie of Empire), Kerry Washington and Viola Davis showed the true love that women can have for each other even when they are in competition of sorts.

This morning I went through Aderonke Adefaloju’s instagram and I was awed at the write up I met there, I definitely agree with it 100%. As women we should teach ourselves and the younger generation how not to hate on each other but to be confident in who we are. Indeed the major reason why other women troll the others is insecurity and the difference in up bringing, if we could just learn to be secure and learn to be unbiased we would be alright.

In truth when women work together there is greatness abound, so instead of hating on other women, we should celebrate their strengths, their weakness and their tenacity. We should look at their lives and be motivated by that which is good. Remember that a confident woman is a happy and content woman therefore if you are confident then you would love our woman crush today.
