There are spots and there are spots; Repetition? I don’t think so, let me explain, you see all places where people go to is simply referred to as spot or joint but what makes a particular spot or joint different from the rest? IT girls and celebrities. Now I am certainly not an expert or do I have a secret knowledge on the creation of IT spots but I’ll definitely allow you to quote me when I say “The more celebrities you have in a spot, the more popular that spot becomes” (Quilox is a typical example).

There are certainly a lot of cool spots around Lagos where celebrities and socialite’s hang out. The attraction to that place cannot be known from the outside but the fact that it generates a lot of buzz is enough to pique our curiosity and this curiosity is what makes us interested in hanging out at the said spot ,however what do you wear to such a spot? You have to remember that you might run into any famous person and therefore looking half-cast is not an option.
