SENEGALESE FASHION BRAND SOPHIE ZINGA RELEASES IT’S HIBISCUS LOOKBOOK AND IT’S AMAZING.

Senegalese based fashion brand Sophie Zinga was one of the many brands to display at the 2016 Lagos Fashion and Design Week back in October.

The Spring/Summer 2017 collection is titled “Hibiscus“. The collection is amazing with clean cuts and a perfect finish.

For the collection, the label’s creative director was inspired by the hibiscus flower and the “socio/economic impact it has had in her home country in Senegal as well as in countries in the Carribean (Sorrel)”.

Hibiscus is widely referenced in the collection in terms of its vivid colours and its texture.

The collection features various fabrics including orange tie-dye traditional fabric, batik crinkled silk chiffon, organza and satin.

With lots of evening wear from Hibiscus, Sophie Zinga is one brand to consider for that special outing.
