Style is a personal thing; everyone wants to be stylish but they miss the point. Style is something that has to do with how you feel, what you like etc it has nothing to do with the other person however as much as we have different styles there’s still room to be inspired by each other.

Due to the season we find ourselves, we’ve decided to bring you some fabulous style inspiration using Saufeeya Goodson as our muse.

The Eid-el fitri is a time to give thanks; after the long month of fasting comes the celebration and so there might or would be small gathering among fellow Muslim brethren’s. This gathering is a place to reflect and to celebrate. However there is always the need to come looking good in a modest yet beautiful attire.

Most muslimah’s have a style and this style is modest, covered and effortless which is based around classic looks. Classic styles, classic cuts and fashion forward pieces which are part of the types of styles that are chosen to make for an elegant look.

In order to achieve or look effortlessly stylish, you must also put in mind the colours you pick. Most Ramadan styles revolve around caftans, silk jackets, Ankara etc and so you have a lot of cool undertones and muted colours which is great.

You should however remember that variety is the spice of life therefore bold accents, elaborate prints, patterns, good colours like golden yellow, purple etc are certainly a great choice.
