HLFDW2017! Heineken Lagos Fashion & Design Week 2017: Day 1 – Johnson Johnson

Heineken Lagos Fashion and Design Week 2017 kicked off on Wednesday, October 25, with various collections presented by Style Temple, Kinabuti, Amede, Nkwo/Studio 189, Ejiro Amos Tafiri designs, Morafa FF, 8th Wanda, JZO, Omilua/Titi Belo, Ugo Monye, Eki Orleans, Johnson Johnson and others.

Themed ‘Africa: Shaping Fashion’s Future’, the 7th edition of the highly anticipated runway show returned with lots of innovative African designs and techniques.

Johnson Iyaye is a Nigerian fashion designer from Okirika in Rivers State. and the founder of the Johnson-Johnson brand which is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with.

Johnson debuted his design basically for men under the brand name Johnson-Johnson Premium Bespoke In Port Harcourt, Nigeria. His designs can be described as a well tailored dapper and sophisticated. With a fantastic way of utilizing the traditional African colors in a western patterns without being over the top. His vision is so strong and a drive for success the brand Johnson-Johnson is not just a fashion label, but a lifestyle.
