From Ghana To Tanzania, Not Even The Veil Could Hide The Beauty Of African Woman During Eid Mubarak
Eid Mubarak just passed and as we all know a lot muslims and even non muslims took advantage of the day to feast on some of the tastiest beef stews in town, or atleast as far as Ghana goes. However, there is no denying in the fashion world we definitely got our load of commercial beauty images in the hijab.
I may not be the most versed in the muslim religion but what I do know is that the hijab in its traditional form, is worn by women to maintain modesty and privacy from unrelated males. Some say it is to hide their beauty from men, if the latter is one inch true, then it is failing at most in Africa.
Here are a collection of women from Ghana, to Nigeria to Tanzania that took time to create a photoshoot in their Hijabs and their beauty shone right through.
